What we collect
When you send a request through the form on this website, we collect what you enter: your name, work email address, company, phone number and website (both optional), the type of request, and any project details you give us (track or artist, media, territory, term and a message). We email a confirmation to the address you entered, with our rate card attached if you asked for it.
When you load a page, our hosting provider automatically records technical information: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.
How we use it
We use form information only to answer your request, prepare a quote or send you our rate card, and to handle a license if one follows. We use technical information only to operate and secure the website.
We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
Service providers who process it on our behalf: our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) and the service that delivers form requests and our replies by email (our email service provider). If you go on to license music, we share the details needed for the license with the rights holders concerned. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep requests that do not lead to a license for up to 24 months. Records of licenses are kept as long as tax and business record-keeping laws require.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@syncmarket.us. Depending on the state you live in, you may have further rights under its privacy law; we will honor them where they apply.
Do Not Track and other tracking
This website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, and it allows no third parties to do so. Do Not Track signals therefore change nothing about how this website behaves.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
